The global Indian takeover by SWAMINATHAN S ANKLESARIA AIYAR

Swami covers an interesting trend that has taken place over the last couple of years. Rather than globalization leading to the domination of Indian companies by foreign competitors, it seems that it has created a "two way street" and as a result Indian mulitnationals have taken over foreign companies. I'm not sure whether this actually improves the economy of India or the standard of living of Indians (damned if I really know anything about India or economics), but it is kind of interesting and does further the case for trade and capital liberalization.
