A Return to Partisanship

It appears Bush was aware of Sen. Clinton's plans to visit Iraq and his trip might have been an attempt to avoid being shamed by Hillary. In that case he doesn't deserve all the Kudos he has been getting in the press, but overall, it was still a nice gesture to the toops.
